Physioline as a therapeutic centre has a No Refund Policy so incase of any cancellation we cannot refund any charges however can accommodate the request for change in the treatment date and time only.
The Consultation Fees, advance towards treatment charges or the treatment charges, treatment package fees will not get refunded to any domestic or international patient as a policy. The funds sent by swift to Physioline account cannot be recalled as a policy.the patient can only request for the change of dates of treatment which will depend on the availability of slots for the treatment and cannot be guaranteed.

The patients who are undergoing treatment will also be required to inform in prior for non attendance. If failed to do so the session will be counted in your records since the therapy room was booked for your treatment.
