NO REFUND POLICY:
Physioline as a therapeutic centre has a no refund policy. The Consultation fees, advance towards treatment charges or the treatment charges, treatment package fees will not get refunded to any domestic or international patient as a policy. The funds sent by Swift to Physioline account cannot be recalled as a policy. The patient can only request for the change of dates of treatment which will depend on the availability of slots for the treatment which cannot be guaranteed.
THIS POLICY IS STANDARD AND CANNOT BE CHANGED FOR ANY PATIENT.
All Patients and Visitors are advised not to approach us for any Query, treatment or Services if they disagree with the no refund policy.
PAYMENTS SCHEDULE:
After all your queries are answered and on complete satisfaction based on your treatment plan you have to make an advance payment, which is 50% of the total cost of treatment to avail the slot booking of the proposed treatment as per the agreed plan. You will be required to make 100% payments in advance before the commencement of the treatment program. The payments once made to Physioline account cannot be refunded or recalled under any circumstances. The payments made can be adjusted for any treatment at the centre which is based on approvals Payments can be made online or through telegraphic transfer, subsequent payments can be made while in India by cash, traveller’s cheque or demand draft or swift payments. The payments will be forfeited incase the patient doesn’t wish to come for the treatment.
RESULTS:
The patient cannot hold anyone responsible if he/she doesn’t get the desired results as the results may vary from person to person.
